The ideal candidate will have a background in breathwork, yoga or other embodiment practices, with a strong emphasis on mindfulness and personal development. As a facilitator at The Sacred Kings, you will work closely with founder and CEO, Shiva J, to support men on their journey towards self-discovery and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Shiva J to design and facilitate our weekly meetings, workshops, retreats, and group coaching sessions.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance to members, assisting them in integrating spiritual practices into their daily lives.
- Cultivate a supportive and inclusive community where men feel safe to explore their vulnerabilities and embrace their authentic selves.
- Utilize your expertise in breathwork, yoga, or other embodiment practices to help members develop a deeper connection to their bodies and emotions.
- Actively contribute to the growth and development of The Sacred Kings community, helping to expand our reach and impact.
Qualifications:
- Certified coach or facilitator with experience working with men in a coaching or therapeutic setting – relevant experience in lieu of certification will be considered.
- Strong background in breathwork, yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong or other embodiment practices, with a focus on mindfulness, spirituality and personal development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with men from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- Passionate about personal and spiritual growth and committed to supporting men on their journey towards self-discovery, purpose and fulfillment.
- Dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive community where all men feel welcome and valued.
